#### 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
#### Custom & Prescription Eyewear (Special Exception)
Please note that customized products, including but not limited to prescription lenses and custom-tailored photochromic eyewear, are crafted strictly based on individual specifications. Therefore, **non-quality related issues for custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.**
#### Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@lenshade.com with clear photos of the issue.
* **Our Resolution:** For merchant-side issues, we will gladly send a replacement or arrange a full refund.
* **Alternative Discount Option:** To save your time on international shipping, we may also offer a partial discount/refund on the original price for you to keep the item, subject to mutual agreement.
#### Customer Remorse / Change of Mind
If you wish to return a standard (non-custom) product due to a change of mind or personal preference:
* **The customer is responsible for paying the actual international return shipping costs.**
* Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
